Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- To be eligible, start your return within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to start a return
- Message us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll make it right at our expense.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
- If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no need to ship it back.
